During this Research Brief Webinar, we explored key insights from SECC's "Understanding Renters: Serving the Needs of Small Business" report. The speakers offered insights related to small businesses' energy consumption patterns, their top priorities and concerns related to energy, and the types of utility products, services and communication channels that are of interest to them.

The featured speakers also revealed some key findings related to residential landlords from the "Understanding the Needs and Wants of Renters" report, which is based on an online survey of 1,000 residential renters and five 30-minute interviews with residential landlords.

Finally, Chad Miller of Consumers Energy shared programs that have been offered to small-and-medium businesses in Michigan throughout the pandemic to help them better manage their energy expenses.
